Want to be a great leader?
The Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies identifies curiosity as a trait that stimulates learning and at the same time increases the effectiveness of decision making. Curious leaders excel at problem solving by intuitively filling the gap between what one knows and what one wishes to know. Curiosity exams should be routinely administered as part of leader development.
One of the things I have to do in my job is ask the annoying question, so, I’m curious, what do you think?
