Boy, this is a challenge for me, closing all three rings. I can stand, and I can move, but I can’t get thirty minutes of exercise in most days. I’ve re-calibrated my watch multiple times. I’ve “googled it” and seen how others complain. I’ve speculated my meds are keeping me down, but I’ve got no fix, except, except I’ve discovered that every time I cut the grass, my Apple watch likes my grass cutting. So I’ll have to live with it on non-grass cutting days, or find some clever way, to close the rings.
