Who Do We Exist For

“An organization begins to die the day it begins to be run for the benefit of the insiders and not for the benefit of the customers.”  Drucker & Me

Powerful and sobering.  We have to exist not for people in the seats on Sunday morning, but for people not in the seats.

Once reached an “attender”  must become an envisioned and empowered “attender” who joins the mission of reaching others.

The question is how to help attenders take the next step and move from come and get, to go and get them?

What is your role in casting vision and empowering people connecting people to Christ?
